What will be your main responsibilities?
- Maintaining the contents of an internal promotion platform in MS sharepoint
- Taking care of another sharepoint used for partner customers, managing partner access, invitations to trainings and sharing the content
- Processing slides and recordings from trainings
- Support with creation and review of promotion assets, such as slides, flyers, and videos
- Support with data accuracy improvement by analyzing internal dashboards and data sources
- Helping to increase Sales transparency by creating new dashboards and analysis
Your qualification:
- University Student, ideally with focus on marketing, digitalization, and technology
- Proficient English language skills for daily business communication, German language is an additional asset
- Good IT skills with focus MS Sharepoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Good analytical skills
- Creating videos and video cutting
