The Technical Writer will take care of technical documentation to make sure our partners and users always get the most accurate information about our solution..

What is the role about?
- Creating and updating technical documentation for end customers with unified examples and consistent style
- Fully understand new features and be able to describe them in understandable technical documentation
- Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Direct cooperation with Product Owner on the content and structure of documentation
- Maintain clarity and structure across documentation
- Writing user guides, workflows
- Testing the newly developed features in cooperation with R&D and QA teams
- Preparing technical descriptions of the tested features
- Continuously improving the quality of documentation
- Improving documentation processes and coming up with new ideas
What we require?
- At least 3 years of previous experience with technical writing, writing technical specifications and understanding documentation processes is a must
- 1-3 years of technical writing experience within a technology company, in software documentation, API documentation, installation and user guides, release notes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear and concise language.
- Proficiency with technical writing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, MadCap,..?
- Experience with XML / HTML, Confluence and JIRA is appreciated
- Fluent written and spoken language in English with precise grammar including the ability to write easily understandable and sensibly structured texts.
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to describe a technical solution/product and explain its use
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Understanding SaaS and cloud products is a plus.
