The purpose of the Partnership Manager is to source new partners, execute exciting partnership solutions, negotiate attractive partnership deals, and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms in line with business objectives and strategy. The role also involves maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.


What will be your agenda?

  • Collaborate with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets.
  • Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships.
  • Manage existing strategic partnerships by developing innovative ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure both parties meet their obligations and benefit from the relationship.
  • Maintain communication and relations with partners.
  • Prepare and assist with required partnership activities.
  • Modify the partner's web presence on Shoptet.
  • Provide basic technical support.
  • Fulfill the conditions of the program on both sides (Partner/Shoptet).
  • Build the community through regular events and Facebook.
  • Conduct annual revision of partners.

Our expectations:

  • Good knowledge of English (equivalent to B2).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce environment.
  • Ability to evaluate activities based on data.
  • Excellent organizational skills, project management, and ability to follow through.
  • Advanced knowledge of the project, communication, and administrative tools such as MS Office, MS Teams, Asana, Slack, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar medior-level position.
