Qontigo is currently seeking a full-time colleague to join our Index Pipeline Team as an Index Delivery Manager based in Prague.

The core focus of the position is to project manage index projects (launch, change, delete). The role also involves understanding the impact of product design decisions, keeping in mind the operational and technical capabilities of the platform, and ensure smooth and timely delivery of index projects. Given this focus, the candidate will have an outstanding opportunity to gain insight into Qontigo´s various fields of activity and products.
Requirements
- Manage the delivery of new indices via projects ranging in scale and scope.
- Continuously manage index launch expectations and interface with all functions in the index value chain (product management, product development, engineering, operations, etc.).
- Plan short and long-term index delivery roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders analyzing and preempting bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain reports for management and executive team.
- Develop and educate the organization on internal delivery SLAs.
- Identify areas for improvement and facilitate process streamlining.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or comparable education.
- 2+ years of professional experience in the indexing business, ETF industry, portfolio management, asset management, derivative products, or related industries.
- Previous work experience in project management or management consulting is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to quickly process large amounts of information.
- Willingness to work with and support a highly international team.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with PowerApps and Power Bi is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, and German is a plus.
- Travel: < 5%
