Integration and acceptance testing of CPE for enterprise voice services:- IP desk phones from Yealink, Grandstream, SNOM, Polycom, Cisco, Panasonic. Execute telephony uses case testing as required for these models and verify remote provisioning (TR69 & HTTP)Supporting changes and enhancements on core network nodes (SBC and Application server) with telephony uses case testing as required
- Acceptance and testing of media gateways, used on the customers premises to allow analogue handsets and ISDN PBXs to work with SIP Trunks. Supplied by Patton and AudioCodes
- Responsible for creating operational and customer documentation for the CPE
- Creating the CPE configuration and documenting this as a template
- Providing support and training to operational staff as required
- Regression testing of mobile fax capability when the core network nodes are updated
What knowledge and skills do we expect?
University degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Information Technology
- English: professional
- Essential to have a good knowledge of mobile and fixed networks engineering
- Essential to have design and integration experience SIP signalling and VoIP based solutions
- Desirable to have experience in testing solutions, utilising: Selenium, Cucumber and Gherkin
- Nice to have to have Python programming knowledge
